A bilingual translator can get every word right and still miss the point: legal, medical, financial, and technical terminology each follow conventions that only someone working in that field would recognize. That is why every linguist in our network is vetted before joining (native speaker, five years or more of professional experience, a practical test) and assigned based on the field they specialize in, not just the language pair.
Mention it in your quote request. Your project manager splits the document by section and assigns the right specialist to each part, rather than treating the whole file as one generic job.
Every file is handled under strict NDA protocols and secure file handling, from the moment you send it to final delivery. That applies to every project, but it is non-negotiable for the industries where a leak carries real consequences.
Turnaround is agreed with your project manager based on your document and its deadline, and rush options are available when the date on your side cannot move.
